Returns policy
At Zapper Clark, we value trust, transparency, and personalized attention.
In accordance with current regulations, customers have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in good condition, in the same state in which it was received, and must not show signs of use or wear.
For reasons of hygiene, safety, and the electronic nature of the devices, returns of products that are damaged, incorrectly handled, or improperly used will not be accepted.
Some personal-use components, such as copper electrodes, cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once they have been opened, unsealed, or used.
If the product received shows damage during transport or a functional defect, the customer must contact us as soon as possible so that we can offer an appropriate solution.
